Youth Job Training: Intro to Customer Service Excellence
This 2-part (workshop and co-op) experience will equip you with the ins and outs of customer service.
After a 3 hour information-packed session, you will need to spend a minimum of 5 hours with a local business practicing what you have learned. Don’t worry, we’ve got the connections!
Once these requirements have been met, you will receive a recognized WWCFDC Introduction to Customer Service Certificate.
