Learning what the customer is really wanting to know and having enthusiastic answers for everyone of their WHYs is the art of selling. Come practice and discuss with others all the possible WHYs you should be answering. Learn how to answer the WHYs with clarity and professionalism, while creating a desire to buy in your customer.
